Return And Exchange Policies
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item and we offer a robust return and exchange policy. The Omni Beach Life Exchange program is offered to provide you the opportunity to consider your home as your dressing and fitting room when purchasing clothing and footwear from Omni Beach Life. We care about you and will support you to get the items you want and that fit the way you want.
Items Not Returnable
All items must be in new condition with tags and sanitary strips (if applicable) attached. Health regulations stipulate clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, smell of smoke or laundered CAN NOT be accepted back. Non coverage bathing suit bottoms (G-String, Thong, Tonga, etc) are not returnable due to sanitation reasons. Some items may be offered at a deep discount or liquidation price and with a no refund / exchange policy. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated in the product detail. We are unable to accept any returns of items no longer available at www.omnibeachlife.com. If we receive any of these unacceptable items we will hold the exchange and contact you. The unacceptable item may be returned to you at your expense at a minimum of $8.95 for shipping and handling (USA only).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item please send us an email at info@omnibeachlife.com, or call us at 908-672-6664 prior to shipping to confirm availability and pre-authorizaion for your exchange.
Exchange Value and Fees
There is no fee for exchanges. For international exchanges shipping will be charged. All items for exchange should be the same value or greater. If the value is greater, you will be charged the additional amount. If the exchange items are of lesser value than the returned items there are no refunds or credit due to you.

Authorized Return Time for Returns and Exchanges
For all returns or exchanges, the return items should be received by us within 30 days of the original delivery date of your order to you to ensure that we will be able to process your exchange or refund. Some exceptional circumstances may apply and we will attempt to accommodate those circumstances. For items received more than 30 days after original shipment to you, we may not be able to process an exchange or refund.
Refunds for Qualifying Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. For items returned in good order, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
